Изменение в костях при промежуточной β-талассемии

Аннотация

Промежуточная β-талассемия представляет собой клиническое состояние средней тяжести между малой талассемией и большой талассемией. Эти пациенты не нуждаются в регулярных переливаниях крови в течение всей жизни, хотя им могут понадобиться трансфузии крови в определенных клинических условиях и обычно в течение определенного периода времени (операция, беременность, инфекция). Промежуточная талассемия имеет широкий клинический спектр, от формы с умеренной анемией (уровень гемоглобина 70-100 г / л) до состояния с более тяжелой анемией, проявляющейся в первые 2-6 лет жизни. Поскольку этим пациентам обычно не требуется рутинное переливание, как упоминалось выше, промежуточная талассемия классифицируется как трансфузионно-независимая талассемия [1-3]. Этим пациентам, как и больным с большой талассемией, требуется тщательное внимание клинициста для улучшения качества жизни [4-7].
