Annotasiya

Aralıq β talassemiya kiçik talassemiya ilə böyük talassemiya arasında mülayim bir klinik vəziyyətdir. Bu xəstələrin müəyyən klinik şəraitdə və ümumiyyətlə bir müddət (əməliyyat, hamiləlik, infeksiya) qan köçürməsinə ehtiyacı olsa da, həyatları boyu müntəzəm olaraq qan köçürülməsinə ehtiyac yoxdur. Aralıq talassemiya, orta anemiya olan bir şəkildən (hemoglobin səviyyəsi 70-100 q / l), həyatın ilk 2-6 ilində özünü büruzə verən daha ağır anemiya olan bir vəziyyətə qədər geniş bir klinik spektrə malikdir. Bu xəstələr ümumiyyətlə müntəzəm olaraq transfüzyon tələb etmədiyi üçün, aralıq talassemiya transfüzyondan müstəqil talassemiya kimi təsnif edilir [1-3]. Bu xəstələr, eləcə də böyük talassemiyalı xəstələr həyat keyfiyyətini yaxşılaşdırmaq üçün bir klinisyenin diqqətli diqqətini tələb edir [4-7].
