Abstract

SARS is an acute infectious disease caused by a new strain of CoV-2 coronavirus. Infection routes are mainly airborne and household contact, but there have been confirmed cases of airborne transmission during aerosol-producing procedures in medical facilities. From asymptomatic forms of intoxication, damage to the lungs, kidneys, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, central and peripheral nervous system, hypoxia, micro and macrothrombosis and acute respiratory failure (ARF), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), pulmonary artery thromboembolism AATE) can lead to the development of serious complications such as polyorgan deficiency syndrome (POSC), sepsis, shock, as well as general inflammatory response syndrome in children.
