Perioperativ Dövrdə İnfuzion Məhlulun Seçimi
##common.pageHeaderLogo.altText## AVRASİYA KLİNİK ELMLƏR JURNALI

Annotasiya

Son zamanlar dünya ədəbiyyatının müzakirə mövusu həm infuzion terapiyanın ümumi problemləri, həmçinin kliniki praktikada kristalloid və sintetik kolloid məhlullarının tətbiqi mövzusunda geniş müzakirələr gedir. Eyni zamanda 0,9% natrium xlorid və balanslaşdırılmış məhlulların rolu aktiv öyrənilir [2.4.5.9.11.14.16.20.23.27.30.35-43]. İnfuzion terapiyanın tərkibində duzlu məhlulların insan qanın plazmasının elektrolit balansına təsir etdiyi və praktiki həkimlər tərəfindən yetərli dərəcədə dərk edilmədiyini bir neçə tətqiqatlarda nümayiş etdirilib. Duzlu məhlulların səhv təyini xəstənin homeostazının dəyişməsinə və kliniki nəticələrin pisləşməsinə səbəb olur.
